Synod School, Thursday
On our final day together, we attempted to capture the Synod School “experience” with tie dyed notan designs. The results were amazing! These pictures totally capturing the amazing week we had doing at together:

Day Three of Artmaking as a Spiritual practice led us into experimenting with watercolor, and with weaving as well. The results were spectacular. Some of the more tentative students, even, were surprised and delighted by how well the results came out. Check them out:

The second day was full of meditation projects. Our first ar experiment was reflecting on our faith journeys with mandalas. Our second art experience was doing some illuminated manuscripts, using zentangles. The results were amazing! Take a look:
